Kelly's Kreations: Almond Butter Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop Sunwarrior Classic Protein, Vanilla
- 1/2 C Suja Juice - Purify
- 1/2 C Coconut Water
- 1/2 Apple
- 1/3 C Frozen Strawberries
- 1/4 Ripe Frozen Banana
- 2 Tbsp mix of Chia seeds, Hemp seeds and Buckwheat groats
- 2 Tbsp Almond Butter + 1 tsp Coconut Oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend ALL ingredients except 1 Tbsp of the Almond Butter + tsp coconut oil and 1 Tbsp of the chia/hemp seed/buckwheat mix
- Warm up Almond butter & coconut oil in oven (bake 350° F oven safe pan) for ~ 1 minute
- Top with chia/hemp seed/buckwheat mix and drizzle with warm almond butter
- *** The Almond butter will have a "hard shell effect" when it hits the cold smoothie!
